Terms & Conditions
We must receive payment in full for any products purchased before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
The prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK-rated VAT where applicable currently at 20%. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or any other taxes which apply to the country which the products are delivered. Prices remain in force until we publish updated or new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed clearly during the order process. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money, which we have taken from you.
All orders are subject to availability of stock . If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received any monies and any delivery charges of any unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.
We aim to get your order delivered to your designated delivery address within 5 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom and within 10-15 working days of receipt of payment to all other addresses (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery). All products require a signature when delivered as standard we do not send any items via standard mail so please do not ask as we always need proof delivery for our records. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery (this will incur an additional postage charge). If we are unable to contact you we will refund the price of the product purchased only. The original postage charge cannot be refunded due to administrative costs incurred. Once the products are delivered they will become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Please note missing parcels cannot have a claim raised until 15 working days after date of dispatch. Whilst we this may seem a long time it is Royal Mail policy (please see their website for their T&C's), we are unable to offer any refund on missing parcels until Royal Mail have deemed the parcel to be lost. This can take up to 28 days from the date of claim after that we will grant you a full refund of yoru postage and purchase price.
In addition to our Cancellation Policy detailed below, we operate a Returns Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. Please quote your order number on all correspondence. When making a refund, we will credit our delivery charges if the reason for return is because of our error or if the products are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity. To return a product under this Returns Policy please send the item to our returns department: Returns Kiwisports Old Market Street Neath SA11 3NA. You must provide us with a copy of the original invoice, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
When returning items for exchange, an additional postage charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge. This does not effect your statory rights.
Nutritional Products
We are not able to accept any returns on food or drink based products purchased from our online store unless they are deemed faulty or damaged, we have the right to refuse a return if we deem the product as being tampered with in way of form.
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so. The packaging must be as received with the product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell. All Damages, cancellations & Returns must be notified via e-mail the same day (within 24 hour). All cancellations will be charged at a rate of £21.50.
